Art. 1 - Announcement and Secretariat

Promoter of the exhibition is Galleria Paoletti in collaboration with MYINSTANTLIFEstudio and Nital Italian distributor Polaroid

Art. 2 - Duration

The exhibition will be held from Friday 07 to Sunday 9 October at:

Paoletti Photo Gallery - Strada Maggiore 14 Bologna

 

Art. 3 - Participants

The artists will be selected at the discretion of the management,

participation is open to all.

 

Art. 4 - Theme

The theme of the works is FREE

 

Art. 5 - Registration procedures and costs.

Registration is subject to the submission of the shots by May 31, 2022 and if the application is accepted,

upon payment of the € 180.00 fee by 12 June 2022

The selection of the works will be made by the artistic direction of the event.

The registration fee includes:

. administrative fees

. preparation of images in panels cm. 30X40.

. assembly of works, installation, dismantling and costs of restitution of works.

. Nr. 01 copy of the exhibition catalog.

The exhibitors will participate by right in the Paoletti Talent Price

 

The selected exhibitors will have a space available to sell their production of any prints, books, etc. (closely related to Polaroid instant photography), the gallery does not require any kind of rights.

 

Art. 6 - How to participate.

Each author must submit 4 SINGLE WORKS WITH THE SAME THEME.

Polaroid / Impossible / Polaroid Originals 600, SX70 or I Type support.

Only works made with Polaroid, Impossible, Polaroid Originals, Polaroid instant films will be admitted.

Digital copies and / or elaborations are not allowed.

The works proposed for registration must be sent in jpg format in 1: 1 scale at 800 dpi

by 31  May 2022.

Each image must bear in the file name "name and surname author_title opera_type film_type camera." (In this order or it will not be possible to enter the data)

The files prepared in this way must be sent, by May 31, 2022, in a single email to direzione@myinstantlife.it

The email must have as subject "name and surname @ ISO600-2022" and the text must include:

- author data (name, surname, address, email and telephone)

- instagram page

- list of the proposed works

- By participating in the selection you are consenting to the use of the images for the publication of a catalog of the exhibition, online and printed publications and any reproduction designed to promote the event (in each use the author's credits will be reported) in case of selection and participation in the exhibition.

 

Art. 7 - Deadline.

Each participant must give confirmation of membership by May 31, 2022 to the email address direzione@myinstantlife.it by sending the images they wish to submit as an attachment.

Each selected candidate must pay the registration fee of € 180.00 by 12 June 2022 by paypall to alan.marcheselli@yahoo.it

 

Art. 8 - Sending and Returning Works

The works must be sent by 30 June 2022 to MYINSTANTLIFE, Via Gazzotti 39 - 41042 Spezzano di Fiorano MO The material will be returned by 30 November 2022

The management is not responsible for any postal problems, the works that are not received by June 30 will not be able to participate in the exhibition, but as they cannot be replaced, they will not be entitled to a refund of the participation fee.

 

N.B. : The works must be sent with an A5 sheet attached bearing in block letters and legibly the name and address where to deliver the works to be returned.
