ISO600 - Festival della fotografia Istantanea

nasce da un’ idea dei fondatori del gruppo Polaroiders Alan Marcheselli e Carmen Palermo.

Un Festival interamente dedicato alla fotografia a sviluppo immediato, che si tratti di pellicole a distacco o integrali, il cui scopo è creare ed esporre pezzi unici, in opposizione ai sensori digitali che esaltano la produzione in serie e riducono il ruolo creativo della casualità.

Alla base, il desiderio di utilizzare le tecnologie introdotte dal genio di Edwin Land più di sessanta anni fa, spina dorsale di un movimento pop artistico che tutt’oggi si distingue per la propria originalità.

A Festival entirely dedicated to photograph immediate development, whether it be in detachment or integral films, the purpose of which is to create and expose unique pieces, in opposition to the digital sensors that enhance the mass production and reduce the creative role of randomness.

At the base, the desire to use the technologies introduced by Edwin Land genius more than sixty years ago, the spine of a pop art movement that still stands out for its originality.
